We love green tea desert. This is a delicious, quick and easy Green Tea Cookie.
100 g butter (microwave to make fridge cold butter soft: 1 min (power 2), 1 min (power 3))
60 g sugar
200 g flour (self raising flour is better)
2 eggs
3 tablespoon green tea powder
Mix all together and knead to soft dough
Separate to >30 small doughs, and make them about <1 cm high
Bake 170 oC 25 min
