I think this is a post on 11/9/2010 when I live in Australia. I found the link is not working now. I just wrote down something I think interest or surprised. Pascalization of "fresh juice" is something I was surprised in that time.

Today's Today Tonight is talking about Fresh juice fresher which pointed out that most fresh juice in our supermarkets is not as fresh as we think - they are pasteurised with heat and stored for up to twelve months.
