Black box or hole?

I think his office is like a black box and/or black hole, every intellectual discussion and communication and every result would have no way out.

When I said black box, it means that I don't know what's going on inside there, but the output could be anger or negative stuff when there is output. When I said black hole, it means that most of time it emit nothing. Above is just my frustration.

What is black box? Here is the description of black box in wiki:

Black box is a technical term for a device, system or object when it is viewed in terms of its input, output and transfer characteristics without any knowledge required of its internal workings. Almost anything might occasionally be referred to as a black box: a transistor, an algorithm, humans, the Internet.
The opposite of a black box is a system where the inner components or logic are available for inspection (such as a free software/open source program), which is sometimes known as a white box, a glass box, or a clear box.

What is black hole? Here is the description of black hole in wiki:

In general relativity, a black hole is a region of space in which the gravitational field is so powerful that nothing, including light, can escape its pull. The black hole has a one-way surface, called the event horizon, into which objects can fall, but out of which nothing can come out. The reason it is called black is because it absorbs all the light that hits it, reflecting nothing, just like a perfect blackbody in thermodynamics.
